TTS Membership Policies

Tangeman Training Systems LLC  |  Version 1.0  |  Effective October 28, 2026

How These Policies Work

These Policies are part of every TTS Enrollment Agreement. When we update them, we email every active Member at least 30 days before the change takes effect and post the new dated version here. If you do not agree to a material change, you may cancel without penalty before it takes effect. Policy updates never change your price, locked rate, commitment length, or release; those change only with your written agreement. Past versions are available on request.

1. Definitions

  • Member: the person who signed the Enrollment Agreement. If the Athlete is under 19, the Member is the parent or legal guardian.
  • Athlete: the person receiving training.
  • Billing Cycle: a 28-day period starting on the membership start date and repeating every 28 days.
  • Initial Membership: the first 16 weeks (four Billing Cycles) of membership.
  • Continuing Membership: the membership after the Initial Membership, in 28-day Billing Cycles or a 6 or 12-month commitment.
  • Written notice: an email to [email protected] or a message through the TTS scheduling platform. Texts to coaches, social media messages, and verbal notice do not count.

2. Scheduling

  • All booking, rescheduling, and cancelling is done through the TTS scheduling site: tangeman-training-systems-llc.square.site.
  • Requests can be made up to 14 days ahead and at least 1 day ahead. A session is booked only after TTS confirms it.
  • Specific days and times are not guaranteed. It is the Member's responsibility to book sessions early enough to use them within each Billing Cycle.

3. Using Your Sessions

  • Each Billing Cycle includes the number of sessions listed in your plan.
  • Use it or lose it: sessions do not roll over, extend the membership, or earn a refund or credit, except under Sections 6 through 9 below.
  • Remote training days are part of your program. Follow the program as written and report pain or problems to your coach.

4. Session Length and Late Arrival

  • Sessions are 50 minutes.
  • A late session still ends on time. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show, and the session is used.

5. Cancellations and No-Shows

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the session start time through the scheduling site.
  • A cancellation with less than 24 hours notice, or a no-show, counts as a used session and is not rescheduled or refunded.
  • Emergency exception: one short-notice cancellation without penalty during the Initial Membership, and one per 12 months of Continuing Membership, if notice is given before the session starts. No-shows do not qualify.

6. Weather

  • If TTS closes for weather, affected sessions are not used and will be rescheduled.
  • If TTS is open and you cancel for weather, notify us before the session starts and request a new time within 24 hours. Make it up in the same Billing Cycle, or the next one if the weather day falls in the last 7 days of a cycle.

7. Sessions Cancelled by TTS

  • If TTS cancels a session for staffing, illness, facility issues, or emergencies, it is not used and will be rescheduled, in the next Billing Cycle if needed.

8. Injury and Illness Pause

  • If an injury or illness prevents the Athlete from training, send written notice with a note from a licensed medical provider stating the Athlete cannot train and, if known, for how long.
  • The pause starts on the date TTS receives the note, or the date of the note if TTS receives it within 7 days. Sessions missed before that date are not restored.
  • Initial Membership: remaining sessions are held, and the end date moves back by the length of the documented restriction, up to 120 days. Payments continue on schedule.
  • Continuing Membership: billing is paused for the documented restriction, up to 8 weeks, and resumes when the Athlete is cleared or the 8 weeks end, whichever comes first.
  • If the provider allows modified activity, the membership stays active and TTS will program around the restriction.
  • Before returning to full training, TTS may require written clearance and may retest the Athlete.
  • A pause is the remedy for injury or illness; it does not create a refund, credit, or early cancellation.

9. Vacation and Planned Absence

  • Once during the Initial Membership, and once per 12 months of Continuing Membership, you may move up to one week of missed sessions into the next Billing Cycle (or past the Initial end date if the absence is in the last cycle).
  • TTS must receive written notice at least 14 days before the absence. Moved sessions must be used in the next cycle and cannot be moved again.

10. Payments and Fees

  • Payments are charged automatically to the card or bank account on file on each scheduled date. Keep your payment method current.
  • Late fee: 2% of the overdue balance if a payment is more than 10 days late.
  • Returned check or reversed bank payment: $30 fee. TTS may require card or bank payments after a returned payment.
  • If a payment fails, training may be paused until the balance is paid. Sessions missed during that time are not restored.
  • Outstanding balances must be paid before a cancellation takes effect. TTS may pursue unpaid amounts and reasonable collection costs where the law allows.

11. Billing Questions and Disputes

  • Contact TTS in writing first about any charge. We respond within 5 business days. If a chargeback is filed on an authorized charge, TTS may pause training while it is reviewed. Nothing here limits your legal rights or your card issuer's rules.

12. Cancelling a Continuing Membership

  • Give written notice at least 14 days before your next Billing Cycle starts. Notice given later takes effect after the following cycle.
  • Payment for a Billing Cycle that has started is non-refundable.
  • If you return after cancelling, current pricing applies and your locked rate does not carry over.

13. Code of Conduct and Dress Code

  • Treat coaches, staff, and other athletes with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language is not tolerated.
  • Follow coaching instructions and use equipment safely. Return equipment to its place. Damage caused by misuse may be charged to the Member.
  • Shirts and athletic shoes are required at all times. Sports bras are not worn as a standalone top. No clothing with offensive language or images.
  • Children who are not training must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • TTS may suspend or end a membership for repeated or serious violations. Sessions lost for conduct violations are not refunded.

14. Batting Cages and Nets

  • Use cages only during booked times and follow posted rules and staff instructions for setting up and moving retractable nets. Misuse may end cage privileges.

15. Personal Property

  • TTS is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Keep valuables with you.

16. Athletes Turning 19

  • When an Athlete turns 19, TTS may ask the Athlete to sign the Enrollment Agreement in their own name. The parent or guardian stays responsible until then.
